Eagle cranks for FI applications

Eagle cranks for FI applications I have been frequenting the FI board for a while now and I remember seeing some not so good stuff about Eagle cranks. It seems like you FI guys stay away from the Eagle parts, as I rarely see them on your parts lists. Any reason why?
I know there are some great deals on Eagle 4" stroke cranks out there... any reason you guys seem to stay away from them? Seems like people rarely even consider them?

I'm wandering this myself. Is the crank truly a better piece then the stock unit or is it just the cheapest crank that will get you a 4" stroke that so many desire. With the stock crank holding 1000rwhp I'm starting to think it is more the 4" stroke verses the quality of the piece that sells them.
In Eagle's defense though Big Rick's worlds fastest lt1 is running Eagle Rods right now with his turbo car. He is not running an eagle crank though. Looks to me like the crank and pistons take the most punishment in a lower rpm (under 7500) forced induction motor He's running 8.20-8.0x at 170-173. Not bad, ha ha.
