MAF seeping oil?

The oil getting sucking into the car isn't that big of a problem for the car. It may make the car run rough at times, and will make you car more prone to detonation, but what it will really do damage to is your supercharger. Any kind of droplets contacting your impeller at speed is like throwing gravel (itty bitty gravel) into your supercharger. The oil will eventually begin to pit and errode away the important leading edge of your impeller suction (supercharger inlet) eventually costing you power.
The best fix to keep oil out of the supercharger inlet is to install a catch-can inline from the valve cover vent line to the supercharger. Greddy makes a good catch can.
But my question remains, "is it possible for the MAF to seep oil through it's body/plug area where it's sandwiched together". Has anyone else seen this? If so can I fix the leak or replace the MAF?
Thanks
