Default tapping oil pan

I am tring to get my oil pan off right now. I thought it would be easy because I have the tranny out right now and would of thought I could just slide it out the back. Wrong its getting caught up on something in the middle. Does anyone here know what I have to do to get it off?

its probably hitting the windage tray, basically uout gonna have to drop the k-member down a little bit, which means your gonna have to brace the motoe, unbolt the mounts, unbolt the k-member and pry it down a few inches. its pretty much a pain in the ***.

Why not tap it where it is? That's how the C5s do it. Or is the tap location inaccessible while it's on the car?

I got it by unbolting the windage tray tube thing. I just hope when it comes time to put it back in I can do it.
