P-1SC questions i was just at a car show in front of katy mills mall in housotn tx....holla h-town!!
anyways...at the show, there was a 98' corvette pace car with a ton of mods.....the guy who worked on this car was incredible....he even installed (himself) a touch-screen windows XP computer in his dash that looked alot like the new c6 screen only 10x better.
The question i have refers to his procharger....he had the P-1SC and was boosting 7 psi....i really really liked it.....i want one...ive heard great reviews and some bad ones but for the most part noone has really said it sucked.
i read up on all the installation (wanna do it myself) and its all coming down to price.....he claimed, and i put alot of trust in this guys claim simply for all
the crap he had done to that car, that he got hte procharger for around 3800 as a kit. I've looked everywhere and the cheapest ihave found the P-1SC kit is in the hood of about 4900....i really want one but i want it cheaper than that......any dealer suggestions.....online dealers...houston local dealers

He may have gotten a dealer rate on the P1 kit.
Alot of folks who have an 'in' at a performance shop or have purchased over 8 grand in parts from procharger recieve 'dealer' pricing from ATI (to promote product distribution)
For the normal joe schmoes it is retail pricing.......or $4900.
