Does this look like a quality turbo? (ebay) Im thinking about getting this turbo for my 400ex turbo ATV project. Seems like a great turbo for it and the guy has good feedback.... Any thoughts? Ends in 5 hours so I need to hurry if I want to get it.

Damn, someone bid on it. I think i'm going to place one. Should I wait until the last 10 min? I'd hate to loose this deal, similar turbos that he stocks are going for 100 more. I think the downside to this turbo is that it cannot be rotated due to the way the wastegate is setup.
