I am looking at getting one of these pulleys for my 04 GTO which is magnacharged. Right now I am making 400rwhp and 400rwtq. I would like to run the 2.75" pulley which says 5lbs more boost but do you think I need to upgrade anything else in the motor first? Forged internals? I think the basic pulley that comes with it is 5lbs of boost so I would be looking at 10lbs....and on the magnusson site it says you get about 20rwhp per pound of boost so I would be looking at 500rwhp with this pulley. Also I assume I should get it re-tuned immediately after installing the pulley?

The 2.85" = 3/4 to 1lb more boost. 2.75" = 1 1/2 to 2lbs more boost.
(according to Terry @ southfloridapulley and John @ MagnaCharger)
