Random Poll, Post Your Choice!!! What is Up LS1 Tech? This is just an idea, and was wondering what everybody felt on a very sensative subject... what is better?
I have posted a nitrous vs supercharger poll for myself, but wanted to include a couple differnt options on a new poll. This way people have something else to talk about while they are on this site, and can bash or support what they feel. Me personally, i'm voting turbo, but that is because it is what i'm putting on my T.A. (Of course, that is only if i can find a turbo kit for around the same price as a supercharger.) What do you feel? Pick a choice and leave a post. Have fun dissing or supporting.

i didnt really read first. Nitrous if you want to et and drive like grandma on the street. Turbos next if you want to keep the car heavy because of all the creature comforts...and quiet. S/c if ya want everyone to know whatcha got
supercharger and nitrous is where i will be going. supercharger for the street and reliability, and the nitrous for the track to give me a little more umph. If i didn't want to daily drive this car I would say a good turbo system.
Turbo and N2O. I do not like N2O as the sole power adder, too much temptation to run the big jet. Turbo for 99% of cars you will meet on the street and track. Add the juice for the other 1% and silly *** fun

I'm leaning toward replacing my whippled 4.8 in the truck with a 408 low compression stroker, then letting a big turbo blow through the whipple. The twin screw should make up for the loss of low end torque from low compression, but if it doesn't, let's throw some nitrous at it too.
If you plan on driving it every day, go turbo. If you plan on going to the track often, go turbo. However, if you ever take the car to a road course, I suggest turbo for autocross. Of course, if this is just a weekend car, I would definitely do a turbo...

choosy mothers choose turbo If i had it to do all over again, id go with a turbo too. I love my supercharger, but the sound, and early boost, also the higher torque and no parasitical hp loss of the turbo, gets my vote. Ahh next time, but on a different car, ill keep my ws6 forever, probably when im too old to drive it, ill sit and look at it he he
I would have to study up, cause i havent read much about them. I read more than a year, before i started ordering my stuff for my buildup. Slow and methodical.

since there wasn't enought info given on cubes, i voted nitrous. you all can have your turbos and run them day to day. I'll take a 408+ motor that is great to drive day to day. 550 rwhp to get back and forth to work in and internals that can take a 300 shot at the track.
