Default EGT question...
I was wondering if anybody has any idea which of the eight cylinders tends to run the hottest on a boosted LS1? I want to probe one specific cylinder and would like to probe the typical hottest of the eight. If anybody has any idea please let me know!

I would assume it would be #7 or #8 since they run the leanest.

From what Ive read #7 is the one you want to watch.. seems thats the one that goes.

Keep in mind that EGT's work on a bell-curve. Just because you have high EGT's doesn't mean you're running lean.

Yeap, there only really useful if you have one for each cylinder. That way you get a rough idea how each cylinder is doing.
