Bank 2 = passenger side
Sensor 1 = front sensor
Sensor 2 = rear sensor
I'd personally get O2 sims for the rear. You can turn them off, but to me, it was easier to get the sims and trick the computer that way then turn it off. I don't know when they scan the car for emissions if they check anything. To my knowledge they just make sure you don't have any codes, but I haven't had to go through it. Also, Looks like you need new 02 for the front. If you have a torch, you could pull them out, heat them up and see if some carbon got stuck in there or something. As long as they don't make any noise when you shake them, they should be ok. If they do, you need new sensors<from my experience anyway>.
As far as the EGR, go into the HPTuners and look up the code and disable it.
