Yep you guys got it

I got it off ebay, I've been searching for it for a long time. 3 ply silicone reinforced 4.0 to 3.5. This place also has 4.0 to 3.0 for those that are running 3.0 pipes to the TB. Its made by OBX....who'da thought I'd have two things from OBX on the car

It looks a lot better than the black rubber elbow that I got from ATP turbo. Bought it off ebay for 22 bucks...but ran me close to 40 shipped
I hate ebay shipping charges.
The guy has a website now, here's the link
http://www.stealthwork.com/product_i...roducts_id=307
They come in black red blue and yellow and he has a ton of sizes.
Cost on his website is 40 bucks go figure.
He goes by aileron forge or aileron six on ebay.
Beware, he sucks at shipping stuff in a timely manner, it took me two weeks to get this piece, but atleast I got it....glad I wasn't in too much of a rush.
And Thanks Texas LT4, its not the cleanest but it make me happy.
ddnspider, BMR fabrication for the radiator cover
*edit* heres the link on ebay to the same one for 22 bucks, but his shipping is laughable and so is his check out process.

But OBX makes em if some one can find em somewhere else they are a lot better than the rubber elbows we've been using.

Not really, HTS reinforced elbows go for a pretty penny too. Cost is for the reinforced silicone and the special mold it takes to make em. HTS stuff goes for 40 to 50 for one elbow. I think the guy has the wrong amount of plys listed...this thing is THICK like my 4 ply HTS stuff. If you look closely you can see the ply difference between my 3 ply HTS 3.5 to 3.0 transition and the 3.5 to 4.0 elbow. My T bolt clamp had to be "persuaded" with a bench vise so it would fit on the damn thing
You can see the amount of threads on the tbolt on the MAF/IC pipe combo and the MAF/OBX elbow combo both of those T bolts are the same size.
Is it better than my HTS stuff...nope, I love my HTS stuff but it is comparable.

Wow, that's bad *** you got one. Tiff and I looked at him, and read some of his bad feedback. Not to mention, we were kinda under the gun to get the car done before power tour, so I ended up building one from mild steel (by taking a 3.5" bend and cheating the **** out of the radius by cutting slices every cm. or so).

Yep, not a good choice if you are in a hurry. I even left that in his feedback. I read a lot of his feedback and it seemed everyone was getting their stuff...slowly but surely but they were getting it. I wasn't in too much of a rush cuz I had the black rubber ATP elbow on the car so I chanced it. I've spent a lot more on stuff that I didn't get my moneys worth on so I figured why not.
It took two weeks but now i'm satisfied with how it all looks.....for now

Kyle, good to have a big bro sometimes, mine just tries to break my nose every chance he gets....fiesty lil guy
It'll be soon, looks like the guys at stenod have their **** together. It'll be fast and look awesome judging by the other projects they've posted up here.
That'll be awesome to finally meet up, hope you do stop by. We can head to the track up here and run em...show you what the thin air does.
Pat, PM'ed you back
The black one is alright but I searched high and low for a red silicone elbow and finally found it. Now just have to get this oil issue crap solved and then go blow something else up.

Whats it like internally ??
Im using the usual black 4-3", which although soft, is very smooth.
I had a silicon 4" to 3" 90 made locally here in the UK but as I needed it to be quite compact like the ATP rubber one, internally how they constructed it crap IMO.
There is a big sharp turn/edge, where it changed from 3" to 4" at the inside turn.
Is the OBX one you got any better than this ? Cant get a good shot of inside, but as you can see from the outside, it isnt good. Not sure if it will actually matter, I just didnt like the look of it...
