Vortech questions i noticed on the vortech web site where it says everything that you recieve, for the fuel system, all it says is "Calibrated fuel system for proper fuel management". What is this "calibrated fuel system"? is it just the trex pump or is there a new regulator with it? and what happens if you dont have the trex pump? will it run shi*** or not run at all or what?
You will drop Fuel presure under boost and go lean = Boom LOL! It comes with the T-rex and 38lbs injectors, and with a canned tune from Superchips to tune for the larger injectors and the additional air flow/boost. Not the greatest tune but it works fine.
Some of the people experienced that with hot weather and some moved the air temp sensor to the charge side of the piping right before the TB. I think there tune is far from aggessive also. A better option is just to have it tuned on the dyno with a wide band.
You are definatly gonna wanna hit up a dyno and get it tuned after ya install the blower. It is ALOT safer adn you will more then likely get a good amt of HP out of the tune. 38# injectors are gonna be a weak link though. You will be limited to about 500 horse. GL man
