Default Stock LS1 with T-76 ?

Looking for some Info .
I'm getting the Turbo Tech t-76 kit for my 00 TA Auto.
How much rwhp can I expect to make and have the motor live ?
Is 475 out of reach with stock motor ?
Whats the max boost you have ran without problems ?
At what rpms does the power start 2500 3000 or higher. I have a 3200 Yank.
My car is lowered 2" will I have any problems there.
Thanks for your help , I hope I have made the right dissision.

okay a little advice since im trying to finish up my t76 street install. if ur buying used make sure your buying the same year and trans of the car you have. i made that mistake, i bought it off of bishop, who has an 02 z28 a4, i have an 02 ss m6. oops, didnt see that one coming. now have to buy a new crossover pipe. that being said, i make boost right around 3k. as for rwhp, no idea. my motor will be stock as well, so who knows.

Basically with the right equipment and the correct tune, either on pump with meth/alky or with race gas, as much as you dare tune out of it. The integrity of the alum. blocks becomes a little bit of a concern though, and that's why the majority of the heavy hitters go to the 6.0L iron blocks.

with only 5lbs of boost and a stock motor i made 385rwhp on a mustang dyno, i should have turned it up but didnt on the stocker. others have made 500+hp with race gas.
on a built motor i did 512rwhp same dyno, 10psi 94 octane. i would see ten psi by 2750rpms with my cutout open.

I'm running my own T76 setup right now. It's not fully tuned yet, but it feels great. Totally worth my investment so far.

I have a GT76 on a STS system with only 5lbs. and I have not dynoed it yet as it is my personal car and we builders all know what happens to our personal cars, they get bumped out of the way by paying customers! But I will say this, you will see full boost by 3400 on a stick car with a rear mount so you should see it a little sooner with your front mount if it is setup correctly, and mine feels much better than my nitrous did and that was 430WHP/500WTQ so it is real good for 5lbs. I am expecting somewhere over 530 on the stock short with decent reliability and around 10psi but it may make more than that at 10, don't know till you try!

I have T76s on my car adn at 10 psi with 13* of timing i made 531 rwhp adn 534 rwtq. When we turned it up to 12 psi the car was akin 75 more horse at teh same rpm but i couldnt get the ic piping to stay together so i never got to see redline and what the max power would have been. I am gettin meth adn a wideband o2 this week and gonan be doin some tunin next week, i hope, and then im shooting for 650 on the stock motor. The consensus is that you really shouldnt push ti past 500 cause teh pistons are kinda weak adn can break if ANYTHING goes wrong. So i am gonna keep it safe not try to go to high with teh timin adn kep the A/F safe adn i should be good for a little while. Or atleast i hope to finish the summer out with it. Ya never know. GL man

My car had eibach prokit on it with this kit about 1-3/4" drop and speed inc told me they dont even think they would be able to get it out of the shop, I had 1/2" ground clearance, so I put my stock springs back on. As far as power I made 451 to the wheels through full exhaust and stock clutch slipping bad at 7 lbs. I recently smashed my crossover and it broke the fitting on the oil feed line and I lost oil pressure instantly luckily I shut it of and everything is ok. But be carefull with ground clearance and i would recomend putting different springs on to be safe. Other than that the kit is great. I have not been to the track yet with it cause of the clutch but I am putting a th400 in it and hopefully see some low 11's if not high 10's. Good luck with your kit.

I have the TTi kit with stock springs and clearance isn't an issue, but then again I am a 4x4 so can't really talk, lol.

when I had my TTi kit i never noticed a problem with it being lowered 1.5"
I have a prokit on the car now, and am kinda concerned witht eh phamspeed kit, since its hanging below the K member, but I am hoping that I wont have a problem since it will be moving up and down with the car.

it still seems a little fishy to me however.
going to be interesting to see.
