WTF??? CAR 1 SEC Slower tonight at Track!

Default WTF??? CAR 1 SEC Slower tonight at Track!

Ok guys the only thing that I could think that caused this prob is the Humidity is at 84% and 81*! This is the first time since I put in the injectors (42) and got the a/f in a straight line (at 10:1) I know the 60' sucked azz but that could not of taken off a full sec? Here is the best slip from tonight (only got 2 runs)! Of course this is at moroslow and they "preped" the track after it rained???

My friend that came with me also ran slower. He has 5.0 mustang and ran 13.9s with drag radials!! He ran 13.6 with street tires! Only thing I can think of is the Humidity being so high? Does that affect a turbo car more than N/A car?

looks like your new tune with the injectors bites.

10:1 is really rich, that is going to rob alot of power. lean it out to 11:5.

hope your not paying somebody for a tune like that.

Yeah 10.0 af isn`t going to cut it, your gonna carbon up the motor real bad.

Well the 10:1 a/f came from a dyno that didnt read the a/f the sec time and we ran the same tune that came out to 11.1. The a/f is a long story but to make it short we took 8% of the fuel out of the car and nothing happened still at 10:1! The first run was 11.1 then it didnt read the sec one then the third run (which was the same run as the first) came out at 10:1! The car made more power at 10:1 then at 11:1 (or at least that is what the dyno said)??? The tunner (SSnakerkiller) said that the O2 sensors on hp tuners were changing but not the a/f!!!!!! We even add 10% fuel and nothing happen? So I know about that but the tuner said that the 02 reading are around the right place! I will def get back on the dyno again but I was j/w if the humidity!

And for the power I am make about 10rwhp / 5rwtq more now than with the stock injectors!!!

Nothing surprises me when it comes to Moroso. I have seen some pretty fast cars run crappy times at that track. I would definitely get the A/F thing figured out, and go again. Maybe I'll be able to join you next time.
