high boost through short tube headers?
high boost through short tube headers? Just wondering how much would be left on the table with around 15 lbs boost through JBA headers, and mufflex test pipes? Thinking about forgeing my bottom end and installing a procharger d1sc set up for 15 lbs boost. I have over 800 just in the headers and test pipes and they have a lifetime warranty will I still see my goal of 600 rwhp?
As far as the shortblock for 1200 more I can get a 402 ls2 short block would the hp and torque be worth the 1200 or should I save the 1200? I will be using my heads that flow 300@.600 and 306@.650. Thanks for any input just looking to see if anyone is running boost with short tubes?
