I can't brake boost my car for nothing.....I have a supposed Vigilante 3800 TC too.
This car just pushes past the brakes with no boost being built. The ebrake....not a good thing to do as all sorts of creaking and no good noises came out of the rear...but still no boost, car just moved forward.
So does this mean my vigilante is too small????

I think that is your best bet CB.
PSJ in the 9's and next you.

If your at 10.1 you should set 2 bags of Ice on the intake and run a hose over the i/c's and radiator and push the car up through staging. My friend got 2 10ths from that on his GN once when he really needed it. Might work for you once.
(take the ice bags off before you go of course.)
Then the 9 thing is in the bag, and you can worry about getting there w/ the 60’ again later.

actually, i want to get a 9.99 in the heat and do the little things to make it a solid 9.9? car. I am sure it would do it now in good weather but I dont want to be dependant on that.
