Default round pipe to square pipe for turbine inlet flange? how do you do it?

How do you guys mate your round exhaust pipes from the manifold to the square holes on the turbine inlets? Obviously you use a flange... that's not what I'm asking!

What I mean is what do you use to turn that round stainless pipe into a square stainless pipe so it will match up with the square opening on the flange? (the flange that bolts to the turbine inlet)

I went and grabbed the pipe off my gutter, it was already the right shape

Seriously though, it doesn't take long at all.. Just be patient and get the fit as tight as you can without having to rely on filling the gaps with the welder.

If you want to be lazy SPD will sell the transition from round to square. We do the hammer thing also.

Search Turbomustangs for this... quite a few big posts on it there. Most of them use a steel wedge with the right final dimensions towards the big end and as mentioned, use a hammer to bang the wedge into the tubing, shaping it into the right shape/size.
