Dang Considering the possibility with just a T-4 flanged 88, no need to worry about the space of the T6 flanged for an extra ohhhh 250-300 hp.

smokin, can you find the pics of when they did that? i didnt think they finished it/didnt recall it being an 88mm.

jz the t4 flange vs the t6 flange would have no spool time difference?

I was thinking that it would, but when he said same compressor and turbine wheel, wouldn't that mean the same weight, and therefore same spool? Other than the larger housing which would effect it, but I guess that's made up with the velocity out of the 4" v-band outlet of the turbine housing?

They do use the same wheels, now spool up is about the same. Reason being, a .96 A/R is a .96 A/R doesn't really matter the flange size. The T6 though does allows more volume of air into the scroll area. So with that I prefer to use the largest flange possible, whenever possible.
