A boxcutter (razor knife) worked on my 98 Formula. Just be conservative at the beginning and then cut more.

I first took a marker and stenciled wher i wanted to cut. Then i used my Sawzall with a bimetal blade that isnt agressive. I then cut on the line and it worked GREAT. I work with sawzalls all day as im in construction so i have some control over it but it is definatly alot easier then a kinfe of any sort. GL

Die grinder with a 4" diameter cutoff wheel. Made a very nice, smooth cut.

took my time and drew a line, then used a sawzaw. Then used a hacksaw blade to do the fine work. went back with sandpaper and got a good finish. takes awhile to get it right, and your gonna think you lost it when you cut it out, but it will get ya more flow and make it stand out.

Rotozip, cut like butter, small and easy to control. Then put on a tootsie roll and tune it right in
