Default Main girdle???

ive wondered about it for awhile...are they really necessary.i know they're rather expensive but if it would really be a worthwhile investment.I dont mean for a race car,i mean for a 5-700rwhp either daily driver or weekend warrior.how much of a difference do they really make....and more importantly id like to hear who has or have had 1.

yeah i remember reading that thread but no one really said they were runnning it other than full blown race cars....id like to get some sponsors to post as well abou them...i know W2W wont sell them unless they do the install.I want to see who has them on anything other than a race car....like people in the FI list making over 500rwhp.I also see that itll move your oil pan down a bit which could lead to the stock K member not fitting.hopefully more people will post.

why the interest there are alot of guys making the power that you are wanting without one. Im just curious as to the sudden desire

The girdle that everyone has talked about that ya cvan get on EBay shouldnt lower ya oilpan as it sits inside of the block, unlike the ones that are for the GN's which bolts wehre teh oilpan used to. Definatly seems like a good idea and when i take my engine out to forge it one will be goin in. GL

not a sudden desire...ive been thinking about it since the beginning and trying to figure out if its worth it.Since Got Me Som brought it up in another thread i thought id ask.Anyone have 1?
