I think you may need more injector, probably 60's.

You will need bigger injectors and I would look in to a racetronix fuel pump. If you want to hit 600 RWHP you should maybe go with 2 in tanks to be safe. 600 should be doable though.

Looks like he is playin with a forged short block according to his sig.

Judging from the ATI balancer, I am guessing ya opted for the 8 rib drive?

I agree with the guys.... 60lbs injectors with either hot wire one 255 intank pump or just do dual 255's intank pumps.
Good luck man and welcome to the boosted world

Thanks for the help guys. What is involved with a dual pump set up? I am getting the car tuned a rapid, mike told me a 225 W/ a hot wire from the battery to a relay to the pump would be enough to support what I want to do. Although I dont want want to run out of pump 200 miles from home and have to do something twice. (NASTY) bottom end is stock crank, Mahle pistions -1cc, Crower rods, 9.1-1 compression. AWAKE455 ya I went with every upgrade SDCE recomended, trying to do it right the first time but as most of you know it rarely happens there always one more part you got to have. Any more sudgestion is appreciated.

Im running a hot wire 255 pump... It really made a difference because i was running out of fuel pressure before on the dyno and its now holding steady at 60-62psi. But with your setup u should be making at least 50rwhp more than mine so i would really go with two pumps and call it a day. Good luck.

Default sufficient fueling

You might consider meth, it will make sure your fueling is enough. I dont think it will be, and you can have extra cooling and timing and octane too. Weather you are using it as a bandaid, or as an extra benefit, either way its not good if it stops working. I dont worry about it much on mine as i have a bosch pump for it and i have it checked and replaced every couple years to be safe. I have not heard of anyone who has had theirs fail. Im running the voltage booster plus and the hot wire kit, plus meth and it was enough fuel even with my fuel pressure dropping alittle at redline. A/F was still at 11.82 at 6700, fuel pressure dropped from 58 to 54.

Maybe on a Turbo or N/A car, but a SC car might have hard time passing 550rwhp. I maxed out mine around 530rwhp pushing 7psi at 6200RPM. The Injectors Duty Cycle were above 100% with a steady fuel pressure of 60-62psi.

Yes the one's I was looking at were the SVO's. Going to go with the votes for the motron #60's. Can you get a dual fuel pump that drops right in the tank or is there mod's that need to be done to make them fit?

I don't know everything about anything. I dont know what duty cycle is, so dont get upset if im not correct about this, but I am running 544 rwhp right now, and I saw a dyno at HPE for a sc 402 (I think) that maxed out at like 630-something. From what I was told that was with 42 svo and an inline fuel pump. I got mine tuned at MTI and they didnt seem to have any problem with running out of injector.

Yeah good idea to go with the motron #60. These guys know their ****. I just think that it can be done with the 42 svo cause of a dyno I saw at HPE, but that might be pushing the injector too hard or maybe it isn't possible after all. IDK.

There is no reason to get mad Few people running higher fuel pressure would be able to squeeze more out of the 42lbs, but i just dont see the reason why. 630rwhp from 42lbs on a SC'd car will be running over 100% DC easy even with 70psi of fuel pressure. I heard inline pumps do show higher fuel pressure, but i never tried one.

Just get dual 255 intank pumps. Use a Y fitting to join the two pumps in the tank. Someone had a nice write up about it. Search and u will find it. Its really easy to do. Good luck.
