Default What is the differance

I am wondering what the differance is between ATI's P1SC and D1SC superchargers. Does one boost at a different time than the other. I guess what i want to know is what would be best for using street during the week and racing on the weekend.

P1=

D1=

Sorry GOD! Don't strike me down. The P1 is a lil more street friendly, but just go with the D1 so you don't have to upgrade it later down the road.

You'll hit boost sooner on the P1, but for overall power output the D1 walks all over the P1.

The P-1SC is indeed supposed to bring the boost in sooner, but I really can't tell the difference. They both seem to annilihate the tires at the same time... The D-1SC will indeed be there for you as you upgrade the engine, and it is only several hundred more dollars at the time of the initial order. You can send a P-1SC in to get it updated into a D-1SC, but it is close to $1,200. Bob

YES! The P1SC is an awesome blower. It's good for about 630 rwhp, anything over that you really should have the D1SC.
