Does anyone have an E-boost hooked up to twin turbos with twin external wasegates without there "twin solenoid" kit??? If I ran them both through one solenoid, they would probably react slow?? Anyone try this?

You need the dual solenoid kit. Without it wastegate control is erratic at best. Right now they have bee backordered from Turbosmart for a while. They told me they would be in the US by Friday, and I called today and no call back. I will be calling first thing tomm again to see if I can get my hands on the ones I have ordered and some extra's as well.

Is the problem you fear befcause of the external wastegates or will it work that much better if I add the second solenoid? I've got the single solenoid and it seems to control things pretty well. Only under certain conditions will it spike 1lb or so and I think that may be because there is a lot of tubing between the controller and internal wastegates. Perhaps I need the secondary???

Tiago the 66 versions are hard to get ahold of but I will see if I can get one this week.
If you are overshooting your boost setting, check your sensitivity setting. The solenoid maybe opening a little late.

UPDATE:
So has anyone had any luck on one solenoid? Has anything changed in the last three years? haha. I'm looking to run 15psi on my APS TT. What exactly is the problem? Does it not work at all, does it spike, react slow? I'll buy a second solenoid if it is definitely needed but I'm doing speed density so the PCM will account for the extra lb of boost if it spikes for a second.

How many PSI are you looking to run? What spring are in the gates?
We have ran twin Tial 44s (aps kit) on a single solenoid and had no issues. I can help you with the vacuum routing, but let me know what kinda boost you are looking to make.

Man, a graveyard post....lool
I've run EB2 on 4 different twin kits. It will work with one solenoid, but the duty cycle is higher and depending on the gates, you might have to adjust the sens. I changed to two solenoids and it reduced the DC....Overall it's "better" with two solenoids but will work fine with one.
