help with Vortech crank pulley

This crazy pulley keeps working loose. I have torqued it to the correct specs and used a new bolt. Any one else have this problem and know a cure?

has anyone used this kit and how does it work? Is there anything else I need beside the kit?

It works great and its all you need. The groove in the Vortech pulley fits perfectly. If you have a forged crank it is more difficult to drill the crank properly. I ended up keying my forged crank because I didn't drill the hole clean and the pin wobbled.

I run a Vortech crank pulley setup just like the from your kit, and mine is keyed. I have never had problems with the crank pulley setup in the last two years.

I think I am going to get it. I have the stock crank so it should not be to bad to drill. I know it will keep the pulley from spinning on the shaft but will it help hold the pulley on?
