Fryguy302 went 157 in his new "42" car on the third pass! Yeah, it's a 'Stang, but it's B-A-D!
Congrats, Raj!

Thanks for the congrats SC...but actually that was only 151.6mph.
There's a little more in it for sure, but there's still some bugs to work out with the trans and stuff. I didn't get a single full pass in yesterday. I aborted both attempts....Harlan made a full pass and just kinda drove through the problems lol.
Also, it's really not a very serious car at all, at least the motor isn't. It's a hyd roller cam, 8.2 deck motor and it doesn't do a thing past 6400 rpm. The turbo kit seems to work great though
Anyhow, looking forward to lining up with you in the spring

83# injectors. We put it on a dyno once, but that was when it had the wrong converter in it, so it flashed right up to shift rpm.
It's basically just the same mild street motor I put together when I had a t-trim on the car. Now it has a Stenod Performance cam, turbo/cooler kit, and tune. That picked it up 12mph over the supercharger already, and there's a bit more left.
I'll post some updates soon, have to get the trans gone through now, and maybe some small suspension changes so we can bump the boost up.

Thanks for the compliments guys!
PSJ- The raceweight is 3200#. Prolly a hair lighter when Harlan drives it. I think the possiblility exists that this car will run an 8.xx this year. I think it would be completely silly to run anything less than C16 in a car at this level, no matter if it needs it or not. Why not be safe for a few extra bucks per tank when it's at the track? It's a turbo car, so if I want to I can turn it right down and put pump gas in it for street cruising. Truth be told, I will prolly always keep C16 in it just because I like how it smells.
Larry- The 400 was used, kinda. This 400 was built with a 2.20 first gear in it, and I have been told that the problem we're having can be caused by a bad or improperly installed "low roller clutch". I have no clue what that even is, I guess I'll find out pretty soon.
Kyle- This was a Stenod/Varsity Ford track rental. There was a lot of really nice hardware out there last night. Here is some video from Johnny Quick:
