Default F1/F2 Procharger question

has anyone had any experiance with those? I know that the base prochargers have the belt slippage problem, but was wondeing if the f1/f2's have the same problem. any clues?

Im not sure 100% how they work, but ive heard of some S/C setups with 12 rib pulleys insuring they do not slip whatsoever.

right now, i know they make an 8 rib setup for sure, but you might wanna check with everyone else.

what about the cog's anyone heard of them? (gonna be goin on to a 502 BBC)

You should try mentioning that it's a BBC/SBC and not an LS1. The SBC and BBC procharger kits have virtually zero issues with belt slip as compared to the cheeky tensioner and bracket setup for LS1's.

Anyways, it depends how much boost you want to run, and what kind of a transmission you're running. If it's a car with a standard I would be very leary of running cogs, as they have a tendency to run through belts like no tomorrow. A good 12-rib serpentine should be more than enough unless you want 25+ pounds of boost.

yeah i was in a rush and had to type it fast, but thanks for yalls knowledge, i was wondering about the cogs so a 12 rib should be good enough for me, thanks!
