I don't see any reason to take it over 6500 but I know people who do so it is up to you. The 2.95" pulley probably won't give you anything over what you had before simply because of the cam I would jump atleast for the 2.75" pulley. You will be wasting your money with a 2.95" for the goals you are trying to reach. I still don't think that will get you where you want to be but I know that 2.95" won't for sure. Leo made 480rwhp on MTI's dyno and Todd (Another Board member.) made 494rwhp at a nonsponcers facility and both were/are running the 2.75" pulley on the stock bottom end. Todd just called me yesterday I have been talking with him about his car and he made 498 rwhp on his WS6 with Macs ORY and the Vortech with the 2.75" pulley. But we all have to do what we want so try the 2.95 and then move one to the next. Let us know how it turns out. And remember I am only going off of what I have learned from my car and a few others that have this kit so don't think I am trying to tell you what to do I am just offering up my opinions and information to possibly help you reach your goals. Talk with you later. The 50#'s will probably make your goals thought I don't think there will be much room to grow I am not 100% on this I always call RC engineering and use their little calculator to help figure out what will work.

After your car has been down for awhile it feels like you bought a new car because you haven't driven it for awhile. That's about the only good thing that comes from frequent breakage.

yea i have the 2.95 pulley on and made 476 then. Do you think the cam will bleed off boost? Maybe I should order that 2.75 and a shorter belt so I can swap it out. I gave it a little gas and it definitely feels snappier and revs a lot faster than it used to not too mention there definitely feels like I gained some low end torque which is coooool with me! =)

I don't plan on breaking for a while..

I don't like to use the term bleed off. I would say it is moving the air more efficiently with less restriction so it should register less boost, but not less power. You can thank the cam for the extra snap and lowend tq.
