Yeah, at stock boost levels, they are aobut the same, but the G-trim doesn't quite have the capability to produce 600+ rwhp like the D1SC does on a LSx motor (by itself).

I'll save you the trouble then-ATI will sell head units to whoever wants to buy them.

I'm not going to comment on any thread on the Corvette Forum.

I don't need to contact SCDE....my ATI kit works just fine, no slip whatsoever!

He must be spinning the blower pretty close to redline and/or using nitrous/meth injection to help it out!

But none-the-less, it's impressive!

Boost is cool, no matter where it comes from (ProCharger, Vortech, turbo, leaf blower, ect!)!

you need to get educated, Andy from A+A Corvette (a well known and respected sponsor on this forum and corvette forum) posted a thread stating that ATI will not sell the headunits alone anymore, they require him to buy 3 complete kits for every headunit they sell to him. He had something like 20 headunits on order that were backordered for months.. Andy lost about 100-200,000 dollars of business cause of this.

"I'm not going to comment on any thread on the Corvette Forum."-- oh please.

"He must be spinning the blower pretty close to redline and/or using nitrous/meth injection to help it out!" -spinning it close to redline yea, nitrous or meth? he'd be making a lot more.

know what you are talking about and back it up with facts before making comments.

I have a vortech T trim with a measily 1200 cfm and make 650 and hopefully in the next couple of days I will put down close to 700 with the new air-water setup that is almost finished on the car.

Most of the people around here run ATi but when it comes down to it the most consistent cars have been vortech.

Please don't make comments like this if you don't know who you're talking to.

BTW: ATI's policy is one full kit for every 3 headunits, not 3 kits for every single headunit. Andy would not have lost much money at all, if any, if he would have followed the policy.

30thta436 did 629rwhp 583tq. Yeah it is impressive for the little G-trim and I hope to post simular numbers with the few changes I am making. And no meth or No2 just a little more tunning.

I haven't been to the track since the blower, but with minimal tuning, it made 462 rwhp/400 ft-lbs. On just 6 psi with an a/f of 10.2:1. The ignition was breaking up on the top end, replaced the opti this past week, and hope to get it back on the dyno this weekend or next. With it running right, and leaned out a little, it should make about 475. Have I mentioned this is on a stock shortblock LT1 with minimal head porting and a 306 cam?
