boost gauge. ..

OK So tbyrne offers to differant kinds of boost gauges one is boost plus vaccum and the other is just boost. Now for a turbo what one is better? will a turbo have vaccum? or is that gauge more for S.C?

All engines have VAC.. So yes you will too.. It's up to you what you would like .. Do you really need to see how much VAC you have no not really... But I would get the VAC/BOOST gauge that looks best for your car and enjoy...

You can use the vac side to gauge approximately your gas mileage. The higher vacuum, the better gas mileage you'll get. (If that even matters to ya)

If you are looking for a boost gauge, I have one for sale. Its an Autometer Phantom with boost recall and a warning light. It shows vaccum too.

Not really... I suppose it's a way to see how much you have your foot in it I suppose.. I remember reading guys wanting to put a Vac gauge on a N.A. car, as a way to give them more gas mileage. They said, the more VAC you see on the gauge that means your foot is not in it as much so your getting better mileage.. I kinda chuckled when I read that...
