Those with Twin High Flow ATI IC

Those with Twin High Flow ATI IC Has anyone tried putting like an outside dryer vent scoop on each IC? A scoop that would force air over the ICs. Would there be a down side to this? Does anyone have pics?
I would guess that to be a restriction to flo?
There is a pressure pocket under the front bumper, I would think a larger front air dam would be more affective, I also thought of cutting holes in the splash sheild in front of the tire to help release the hot air from the coolers?

I thought about doing this, but de-Procharged my car before I got the chance. I'd imagine that it would work very well. As long as air is being forced up into the coolers the hot air would have to find another way out of the engine bay, which isn't exactly hard to do so I don't think that thats a problem.
