No, my turbo is to big.
I'd be willing to run in that class though even with a 500lb penalty.

We can talk about weight penalties for turbo sizing, shouldn't be a problem. Not many street cars run like yours does, its a unique combo.

Street cars don't need no stinkin parachutes! Did anyone at Milan say anything to you about it Mike? They told Kevin to stop running that fast last time, so part of our hustle was in getting the chute mounted up for this weekend. I'm uploading my videos of the runs right now. I have most of the runs, except the finals.

Badass runs...... Is a chute the only thing needed when you go over 150mph?? or is there other things also..... ie lets say you are in your street car that hasnt broken into the 9's yet....... ie 10 point cage????

Kyle, at 135 a roll cage is required, among a great many other little SFI related goodies (pants, jackets, gloves, etc.). At 150 the chute is required and is pretty much the only addition at that point. At 8.50 or 180, things get uglier when people start whipping out these 25.X specs. That's why Joe is working hard to make your car a slug bitch.

Video is up. I got most of the rounds, except the finals. Most of my attention was on filming Kevin, so I'm sorry if I didn't get your run.

Welll uhhhhhh im pretty sure ill have to add 4 more points to my roll bar then unless Joe Builds a really slow car.... wich i doubt he does....

Now does the above differ from IHRA and NHRA??....because i know at my kinda local track (IHRA) i would get away with 11.50's before i needed a rollbar and NHRA tracks it was 11.99
Thanks for the answers Steve.

Hey bro, like the rest of the car, we're doing it right the first time. Find out what it'll take to make that cage a 10 PT or have a custom one made. It will deffinitely need to be done.

So you gonna let us run bigger twins??

I don't want Mike running away with anything, since we're run with him and on "little turbos"

Oh yeah, Mike you're crazier than me. That much weight that fast beats my stock crank last year

Harlan-

what are you thinking? pair of 62's? 66's? or the original turbo's we were going to go with , you know until we found out that extreme mod had a limit of two 60's?

We were talking about either +300 or +400 for a large turbo like that, I believe it was +400. Just think that Brown would run at 3450 raceweight, 160mph?
