what cam are u guys running?? i have a 408 soon to go in AFR stage 3 heads, 8.5:1 CR and phamspeed trubo kit T76, just wondering what specs i should get my cam ground too. i wanna be streetable and have a nice idle. what do yall think??

I'd run something like a 230/244 on a 408 with a small T4 turbo. It's going to idle fine, and you're going to want to try and open up the exhaust as much as you can instead of running a lower duration and dumping a ton of exhaust through the wheel all at once.
