what MAP do I need for new setup?

what MAP do I need for new setup? Okay, I'll list some details on the setup, but I'm not sure if I need a 2 bar setup, or a 3 bar setup. Also, aside from changing the MAP sensor, is there anything else that needs to be changed? I did a search, but I didn't find what I was looking for.
LME forged 370 8.5:1
Patriot Perf. 6.0 heads
custom cam
stock LS6 intake
I plan to run 15 psi on the street, and probably 18-19 at the track. Thanks for any advice.
