So I got my ATI super damper. Now to install the procharger pulley, do I need to unbolt the center section and take it out. Looks like this is the only way it can work, just wanted to verify and make sure I don't do anything stupid. Also- the damper looks to be keyed already. How do I key my crank to match, and where can I get a key to go in there?
If I recall when I put mine together you had the hub and the dampner and the ATI 8 rib pulley. Need to bolt the hub to the dampner and once together you can bolt the 8 rib pulley up to the front of it. Just remember to use loctite and line up the dimple-dots on the dampner to the hub, for balance reasons.
For pining the crank there are 2 ways from the end and the side I used the side method. If you look around on ati-dampner site you will find the pinning kit for around 100.00. You can check with Bob@Epp as well he has the kits, as well.
Hope this helps.

Somebody PLEASE help me before I end up breaking another of my tools by throwing it at the floor or wall
Heres what I've got:
Tha ATI Damper:

And the ProCharger Pulley:

I can not for the life of me unbolt the 6 torx headed bolts from the damper. I don't want to strip them, so I stopped trying. Upon inspection, it appears tho that even if I do get them off that the center "hub" will still be inside of the damper if I take the piece out being held on by the torx bolts. Now looking at the procharger pulley, there is only a small hole big enough for the crank bolt to go thru it. Definately not big enough for the hub to go thru. Can someone please explain to me how the **** these things go together! Do I even have the correct damper? I'd hate to think I was sold the wrong part. MAn- this is the first fuggin thing at the start of my install. I hope the rest doesn't go this bad
If I don't get an answer or explanation on how to do this today, I'm just gonna get a stock damper. I don't wanna screw around with this damn thing all day long

Okay- by looking at the SDCE website, they say their 8 rib tensioner kit comes with a crank pulley that can be adapted to fit an ATI super damper. So judging by this, I'm assuming the supplied pulley that comes with the ProCharger kit made to fit the stock damper will NOT work with the ATI super damper??? Is this right? If so, where can I get a 6-rib pulley for the supercharger that will fit on my ATI super damper? DAMN! Whay can't anything just bolt up and work
This is a major PITA

Yes you are correct. That is a stock 6 rib drive pulley from the ati kit- that bolts to the inside of the stock dampner.
You need to either call ATI Procharger or ATI dampners and get the 8 rib 7& 5/8 drive pulley that bolts directly to the front of you superdampner.
Check you head unit and make sure that it is a 8 rib as well, not a big deal though you will probaly need to re size that pulley as well for your boost needs.
You do not need to unbolt the torxs bolts from the dampner when you get the 8 rib pulley it bolts up using the open holes that are left, simple install.
If worst were to come you could go back to the stock dampner and that 6 rib driv pully. But why you have the most expensive part of the 8 rib system in you hand . 8 rib is a must..

Thanks for the input. My procharger system is a 6 rib kit, so the pulley on the head unit is a 6 rib as well. I am probably going to go ahead and just put the $675 SDCE 8-rib kit on my credit card and get this damn thing done right. May as well save myself the trouble down the road of uninstall & re-installing everything to have peace of mind. Thanks again for all your help man- I really appreciate it
