Times are tuff right now.. I really don't want to do this because of all the money and mostly the time I have into this project. I think this is the best thing to do right now.
speaking from someone who did this like a month ago,dont do it.wait it out.I was feeling the exact same way you were and then fellow members talked sense into me.Things will come along that will take care of your needs.ull regret it if you sell everything,i would have.

Yes I will regret it but I have a family wife, 4 year old son, and 1 1.2 year girl. I don't want them to have and wait for times to get better. Trust me a big part of me hopes it won't sell.

See what I mean now. I just had my little girl not even 2 1/2 months and it is awesome. Thats why I want to finish mine before she gets any older
