Freaking crank pulley bolt
The Crank pulley bolt was loose. It was still all the way in but I was able to turn it out by hand.
I ended up cutting it off and only using one of the 3 supplied washers that is sent with the ATI kit.(As per Black LS1 T/A's suggestion) I tightened it down as tight as I could get it. 40 ft/lb + 120*+
This is just a warning to check your crank pulley bolt. If you've have ever had it off for any reason you might want to check it.
I took the car out afterwards and seem to be seeing an extra .5# of boost also. This makes me think the crank pulley has been spinning free for a while now.
Everybody please check your crank pulley bolt.
