The other mod that will really help get you there is headers and a good cat back.
Of course you need the suspension and tires to hook but you should be able to meet your goals.
Do you have any current times or dyno's from your setup? What other mods have you done? Powerdynes programming or other? Stock fuel system etc....
There aren't too many other fellow PD'rs so tell us all about your setup.

Definetly let us know how you do. Should be making over 400hp/400tq
11's here you come
thanks,Im'gonna try for 11s but the car dosnt pull very hard in 2nd or 3rd,I might try 3.73s instead of my 3.23s,i just dont want to give up killer cruising speed on the highway.

You'll probably give up about 500 RPMs crusing in Drive, if you are a A4, by moving from 3.23's to 3.73. Not much loss of economy.
I jumped frpm 2.73s to 3.73s and went from 28MPG to 23MPG.
23MPG is nearly twice the gas mileage my hopped-up '74 Nova got.
congrats on the Powerdyne setup. Does MMS do custom computer tuning on the dyno? If so I would recommend getting a set of 36# injectors and ditching the FMU. Have Mike tune you car on the dyno with the 36#'ers and you should pick up quite a bit. Also nothing beats a good MAC header with offroad
Best of luck,

Definintely interested in hearing how it goes if you try though. I do agree with Chris though. The FMU is a bandaid and if you can get it dialed in without it your better off.
Also do you have a torque converter? The stock converter does not hold enough rpms on the upshift and you drop out of your boost range. A 3000 - 3600 stall would do wonders for you, especially if you have good tires. A Yank ST 3500 would work great with your boost level.
With my 4000 stall, I was holding 5500 rpm on the upshifts when I had my Powerdyne. The ST 3500 would hold about 5000 rpm on the upshift. That would keep you at full boil all the way down the track.
Much more gain from the converter than gears.
If your car is not pulling hard in 2nd and you have a converter, somethings up.
