Default gear ratio for 9"

what gear ratio do I need with 6-speed and vortech and does anybody make studs bolts for block to heads for ls1?

I'd go with the 3.89 gear set. With a blower its important to get the RPMS up quickly and get in (and stay in) boost. With a 6600rpm rev limit you should have no prob going 125+mph.

MMS sells head studs and bolts for our cars, as well as special head gaskets.

what kinda tires you plan on running 26s? 28s? look at a gear calculator to help you decide.

tires for the track are 26-9.5 hoosiers. thanks for replys

If that was my car, I'd of course run 28" tall tires.

I'd run at least a 3.70 gear. I'd consider a 3.90 but it depends on how hardcore the setup will be.

I run 4.10's in my A4. It's a lot of gear.

try to stick with the 28x10.5 tire, it would hold
up to the power.

tose 26 inchers are gonna be hard to hook on or be real inconsistant.
