Vortech question?
I was wondering what kind of horses i could expect from my setup:
382 stroker
stage 2 heads
570/578 lift; 230/236 ; 114 lobe sep
vortech w/after cooler
42# injectors,t-rex inline; and 255 intank
100 shot wet TNT
mac header w/custom x-pipe

I dont think you have enough fuel system for that.
I may be totally wrong but it seems to me you have just enough to support the motor and blower.
If you do have enough fuel and it doesn't explode I would guess around 650+hp 700+tq

I have this setup already; it should be finished in a couple of days. There are about 4-5 guys here in San Antonio who are running the same setup without the stroker. The purple z is running wiseco pistons,ported heads,tnt 100 shot;and 10 psi....10.29 @ 139.8. The same thing goes for another trans am in Eagle Pass but with no ported heads....10.30's @ 136..None of these cars has ever had a problem.. They put on about 500 miles a week on these cars.

wowzers! that is moving. well I did say I could be wrong. Just make sure A/F looks good on the dyno/wideband and not assume it will be safe is all I can say.
