I have the AutoMeter 4463. The Sending unit attaches to the end of the fuel rail. Jason

Has anyone used a mechanical fp gauge with an isolator? I'd use the full sweep electrical gauge but I don't like that black box that comes with it.

I just went to "Aeroquip" a hydraulic supply company and he sold me a (i think this is correct) 4-AN to pipe thread adapter. Fits perfect...like 5 bux i think.

Go to a hydraulic fittings/hose shop and get the fittings. Those places have every imaginable size fitting known to man.

I got mine from a local hydraulic place. The FMU I had was very close to the end of the fuel rail so I had to get a 90° -4AN to 1/8 pipe adapter to mount the fp sender. I'll take a pic of it and post it.

To get the sender to read the fuel pressure you have to take out the schrader valve. It just unscrews with either a set of needle nose pliers or a valve core removing tool. A pair of tweezers will work also.

Here is a pic of what the schrader valve looks like.

Just copy and paste. If that doesn't work add a space to the very end of the url when its in the address bar(don't ask me why...It works though)
