[quote]Whatever the outcome I think I just made my final post on LS1.COM.

I second that. That is just the wrong attitude to throw in someones face in that situation. Nothing like getting the last word and then locking the thread

OK, sorry to deviate from the original topic. Back to Turbo stuff

How's that John?

I still think Dave screwed over a lot of people. I never liked the guy. Way too arrogant, and full of himself.
It's a shame that so many people are suffering because he is a poor businessman.

I also talked with Tom Porter, and decided to wait a little longer to see if things will work out. I'd rather be optimistic about it - at this point, a little more waiting isn't going to kill anyone.

I was not going to take the chance that I would be out everything. If they do get the turbos then I will send them back the housings so the they can be modified if necessary.

I will be calling Tom today to tell him to ship me everything but the turbos since I have been paid in full for over a year. If I can get the rest then I will only be out the CHRAs, but I guess thats better than losing my whole $5500.

I won't even bother to read his reply.

The place is a damned joke and has been since Brad took over, at least he doesn't post as much.

I honestly stopped going to LS1.Com a long time ago but went back because of the Incon threads.

Maybe I'll send some cash to Brad so I can get a *** Kissing License, AKA Sponsorship.

Let's get a few things clarified...

1) How many folks don't have complete kits yet?

2) How many folks have not recieved ANY parts yet?

3) How long has it been?

IMO, Incon needs to get stuff sent and now.

I have one box of parts (intercoolers, hoses, fuel stuff, intake pipes, etc). I need about 2 boxes worth of stuff turbos, manifolds, y-pipe, housing, etc, etc, etc). Tom said he would send me everything but the rotating assemblies (CHRA) essentially the turbos. He still did not have them and did not know when he would get them. I have been paid in full since November 2001 when I got my first box of parts. I paid my $1000 deposit a year before that. I was one of original 100 depositers, although I told them that people in a hurry could go before me. There are probably 25 ls1 people with no kits (either paid in full or deposit). There are also 5.0 people and 4.6 guys who have either paid in full or deposit. I dont think the 4.6 guys have paid in full were as some of the 5.0 guys have.

I really think tthe downfall of that board Was the day Brad took over.

I remember trying to email Christopher Hutchenson to express my concerns about the way the board was to be handled. I was a member of ls1.com long before they went to the UBB format and i did not like the way brad had controlled the "NEW" ls1.com

Anyways, i guess Hutch's email was still a xxxxx@ls1.com at the time. Brad decided to read all of Hutch's email. He then fired back a nasty email to me insulting and attacking me. All the while my email never made it to Hutch.

I soon left ls1.com to go to CamaroZ28.com. I only recently posted at ls1.com after 3 years to ask some tech question.. all this was before this board had grown enuff to catch my interest.

I knew something was up when ls1.co started making moderators of people id never even seen post...

Several people have tried to get there money back straight out, Incon does not have the cash for that. Some people who have not gotten kits delivered, have sold there deposits (or whole amount) to other people, so they can get there money back. This is the main reason why we have been reluctant to do a lawsuit (there is one started) because it will just eat into any cash they do have and nobody will get anything.

DARKANGEL, back in August, 20000 when it was clear they were not going to deliver anytime soon, I called Tom and requested my money back.

Had a check in 1 week. Dave swore up and down the kit would be done by end of June and I waited to august and gave them a fair chance.

Back then, they were made excuses that the shop which makes intercoolers burnt down. I didn't believe it then, now I really don't believe it.
