Vortech Warranty Transferrable?

If someone buys a used LS1 Vortech, is the 3 year warranty transferrable?

Note: this is for a friend, not my car...

Yep, verified that today as well.

And a rebuild on the G trim?

Trade in the G-trim and get a HD s-trim or a T-trim
