Default 2002 S/C Firehawk

I plan on leasing a 2002 Firehawk and putting on a factory Supercharger. My question is which supercharger do you guys recommend? What kind of 1/4 mile times should i expect?

You're gonna lease it, and put a blower on it <img border="0" alt="[jester]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_jest.gif" />

Good luck w/ the trans if it's an auto, or the clutch if it's a manual.

Just warning you.

And if you really wanna get some ET's out of it, good luck w/ the 10 bolt.

I would recommend NOT putting on a supercharger if you are leasing it.

DO NOT do that. Harlan is dead on.....it WILL need a new clutch/a4...and eventually a rear end. I would spray it...easy to take off for warranty work...at least a dry kit is.

A couple of the local Dealerships (Courtesy and Van Chevrolet) Offer Sueprchargers before delivery and maintain the factory warranty with all the kits on. They will also install a number of other mods as well including exhaust, headers, cams, heads etc all under the factory 3 yr/36K!

I'm talking about leasing the car with the factory installed Supercharger so everything is warrantable.

I'd go with Courtesy as they actually have a special supercharging dept....the guys at Van don't seem to know their stuff as well.

I let some of the guys at Van take my car out for a spin, and they say it feels faster than a Vorteched SS they just did. Unfortunately, all the speed mods and no suspension, so the Vorteched SS gets no traction until you are breaking the speed limit by about 30mph...SO GET SOME SUSPENSION TO HANDLE THE POWER!!!

If you are going to go that route, I suggest buying your own Vortech and having them install it. You can probably get it cheaper on your own than through them. They will charge you an arm and a leg for the whole deal...I looked into it a while ago. I would do your own exhaust and headers too.....you'll save money and get better equipment. If were talking about an A4, have them delete torque management.
