Look the thing is, when you say 2 weeks then ship the damn thing out. THey kept saying they shipped it out, but they would never give me a tracking number. All in all I think they said they shipped my kit out about 3 or 4 times before I actually got it. Bottom line, dont bullshit your customers. If you say its gonna be 2 weeks, make sure you know its gonna ship out by then. When I ordered mine, it seemed like half of my components were not there, so why the hell would they agree to have it to me in 2 weeks?? The thing that annoyed me the most is when I called they never gave me a strait answer, they gave me flat out BS. Im not a mean guy, so I let it go. If I could do it again, I would buy a single turbo from LS1motorsports, or buy the kit direct from ATI, where you can get instructions and support for it.

Me, Derek Howard, and Blown Mero here have experiened the SAME problem from GWP that everyone seems to, and that being lied to. Yes they did a EXCELLENT job of getting the kit out and getting it to him, BUT the lied and said they sent it out and they gave me a false tracking number. You can say this was a 1 time thing but its happened to MANY people including the 3 of us WAY too many times. "Its on the way!" "I misplaced your tracking #" "Man Kenny just over the a supplier to pick that up" I've heard these saying so many times its not funny. I loved their kit and the prts included, but they played me for a fool on the phone so many times it wasn't funny. I STILL haven't got the parts that were "sent" about a hundred times but It wasn't a big loss and I gave up. I even sold the kit because I was tired of dealing them and wanted to go another route by the time they might get their act togather. I know Derek had the worst experience but he got his money back and got them back as well. I know you seem to be their best customer on this board so of course your going to bck them up but I REALLY hope your motor and rearend turn out good, because with my expereince, your not going to be happy if they treat you like they treated us.

So just to state my point one last time, GWP likes to fib to customers, and they did it here, but on a good point he got his kit is great time and hopefully it will work perfect.

Nassty,

The fact is, I've been hand-held and schooled and advised like I never expected by any vendor. I almost feel I know Jason like a friend and I've never even seen him.

I guess you and I are are experiencing GWP from two different sci-fi dimensions.

I guess we've pretty much exhausted this topic and all's been said. I'm glad SuperSport2000 got his kit and it performs up to expectation. If he feels he can't call Jason, I'll answer whatever questions I can, and I know all of you guys will, too.

Later...

Not stepping on anyone's toes because I'm glad if you are happy with GWP's service. If you want to hear a horror story though feel free to e-mail me I probably have the best. Had to get 3rd parties involved just to get my stuff.

If my #$@$ kit is gonna be delayed then tell me, dont say it was "sent" out 10 times. If I had my own shop I wouldnt make it habit to lie to my customers. Im glad you liked your GWP experience, but we have the right to feel how we do. I didnt appreciate your comments, I never said I was perfect, so dont critize me for how I feel. They sure didnt wait 6 weeks to cash my check did they. Thats just not the way to run a business.

I am in the process of rebuilding my motor and have talked to most of the vendors dealing with the LS1. I HATE THIS! I guess everybody is busy as hell and getting rich so their business attitude has gone to hell. Most of the time I can't talk to the knowledgable guy, I then leave a voice mail which isn't returned. Most of the parts that I inquire about have to be special ordered (several weeks). I have gotten an attitude of "If you don't want to drop $15000 for a crate motor, Im to busy to talk to you." several times. The best service that Ive gotten is by going direct to the suppliers. For the record, I did talk to Jason about my options and he was very nice. Also some of the vendors were nice too, but 75% scared me from doing business with them.

I Think Iam going to be next to jump on the GWP trash bandwagon. I have been waiting for my parts now for almost 9 weeks. This is getting rediculouse. If i dont get atleast something from them by the end of this week Iam going to cancelle my order and call my credit card company and file a complaint. They have already billed for all the parts as of two weeks ago and I havent seen any supercharger.

Black LS1, expain this to me? What the Hell is going on. I think that I Have been more than Patient. I feel like Ive been raped!!! Ive gotten the same excuses. Oh your package was sent but FEDEX returned it because you werent home. I call GWP daily, "Where is my package, Where is my tracking number!"

If I dont start seeing results soon Iam going to call my credit card company and tell them to stop payment!!!

But, if they billed your credit card two weeks ago, as I've said before, I would give it three weeks earliest to five weeks normally.

I do know they have to gather all the parts for each order, and they wait until ALL the parts are ready to ship before they have them sent out. Even if you talked to them 9 weeks ago or 9 months ago, until they got your money, how could they act on a discussion? People talk about getting this or that all the time. Untill they pay for an order, how can one be sure they will follow through?

Start counting from when they billed your card, then give it up to five weeks and you'll likely be installing your kit by then. That's a guess. I have nothing to do with them other than I am a customer like you ... and I've liked their service.

Like I said, just give it a few weeks from when you were billed for your order and call Jason once a week for a status so you get a feel for how soon they think it will all go out... remember, they are gathering everything from their suppliers. THEY are subject to any delays any suppliers may have.

If they sent you a partial shipment and something is missing, you'll be on the forum talking about how they missed pieces in the shipment.

This is not an Incon situation. You will get a Supercharger kit that (if it is a D-1SC Stage II) will likely have you making in the mid to high 400 RWHP range or more, just like other guys have... including the new speed-demon who started this thread. I think he's making in excess of 500 RWHP!

Give it a minute, you'll be having fun all summer!

This morning I had a much needed talk with Kenny about my package. I was getting very nervouse about the time that it was taking to get my system. I have been screwd over b4 on a big deal and Iam not going to let it happen to me again. Restassured Kenny answered all my questions and expained to me why it was taking as long as it was.

I did jump the gun because I recieved my credit card bill and I didnt have a supercharger. It kind of got me nervouse. But Kenny expained that they build and piece together the kits at GWP. They dont just ship me all the parts for me to piece together. They check to see that the kit is complete and that its correct b4 they ship. And if GWP is going to provide me with a quality performance upgrade I would rather give them the time to work on it than push them and loose the quality of the product they are selling me.

Iam also getting a little ancious to get this package in my car. I cant wait to see the results!!!!

Kenny & Jason keep up the good work testing and building those stroker motors. Because when Iam ready to buy one I will be calling you guys.

And I know I will have piece of mind after I get my package installed knowing that it came from a place that has tried, tested and improved their packages.

BLMONGOOSE, now THAT'S what I'm talkin' 'bout!

And AFTER I got my kit put together, Kenny and Jason would still take take time to talk to me about optimizing it.

Their afer-sale service has been awesome!

When I got everything in, Jason said to me, if the tune seems wrong or anytning is amiss, just call him and they would do what it took to work it out.

Well, they went above and beyond that!

And they help me reach the Hi-10's!

With all you guys getting a Stage II, how can I keep my spot without doing something more?

422 Stroker, here I come!

Paul D. When a company says they are going to deliver they should do so. Next time you send $5,500 and a company deson't deliver on time you talk to me. A T1 only cost $450. Also I had my car apart waiting for the blower to come in.
I am 20 and VERY impatient. If he would have said 2 months I would say OKey. But he said two weeks. and it took four weeks.
