Interest in a Working Scavenge pump GP?
My first one had a bad seal, the one I have now is leaking like a sieve and I'm ready to go to something else.
395 is the normal cost, no idea on the GP cost but I'd like to gauge some interest, bolt up and go.
Harlan is going dry sump which requires removal of the A/C.
They did talk to LPE to see if they'd make additional mechanical pumps for F car users but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

What type of pump is the turbo connections one, I would assume a flexible impeller type, but just wanted to make sure?

My SES light just came on. I'm guessing fouled oxygen sensors.

edit; I'm probably going to sell it because I really don't need it. I have a T-60 setup, and I bought it for insurance.. and it looks like the singles don't really need it.

I guess I am in on the GP.
It came with my used single T-76 kit, but i dont think im gonna use it.
If some one wants it drop me a PM
I try the tilton first then, see about replacing it if necessary. I have a inline filter between turbo and pump, plus the new setup does not have scavenge tanks. Also my setup is totally different than the stock Incon in that I will be returning the oil back through the oil level sensor port.

I have a Tilton I may be selling soon, if anyone is interested.. I'll most likely be asking ~ $275. It's been installed for about 4 months, with ~ 10k miles.

And good luck to you. I honestly thought about making you an offer for that one. I already have the bracket and fittings, and it would just be a bolt-in. But what I would be willing to offer kept falling the more I pondered it - to the point where any offer would be insulting.
Is it me, or does it seem to be affected by cold weather? I have noticed an increase in the oil smell (leaking) after a cold snap. 4 weeks ago it was 10F in the morning, and the pump refused to pump oil. The next day it was fine.
Anyway, my last cleaning did not seem to work, so I'll be ordering the Turbo Connections one soon. If this is going to happen, I need to know before Monday afternoon. Thats when I'll call.
I would not buy another Tilton pump for this application, they will not continue to work reliably for everyone.
I'm not saying yours will fail, it may not, but the reliability of the pumps is no where near 100 percent, more like 65-70.

The plastic ones will melt the screw inside with the hot oil and eventually fail.
I dont think anybody has gone through all the broken pumps to see what the failure mode is. I do failure analysis of valves and other components at work and on most things its a very simple problem. If everyone could post what failures you are having, this would include leaks, not pumping, etc. Also if you guys could remove the two bolts and look inside at the check valve, cam, diaphragm(spelling), seal and see if anything looks damaged. This would greatly help fix the problem.

Like I said, I got one of the most recent ones (which I was informed lacked the flaws of prior ones). I really don't know much about the problems people are encountering, my kit didn't come with one (T-60 Turbo Tech), but I picked one up for safety. Later, I found out the Turbo Tech kits didn't need the scavenge pumps.
For as long as I've had it, it's worked great. I'm not a big fan of the extra noise it introduces, but you have to pay to play -- right? Heh. It hasn't leaked a drop, or even given me the slightest hint it had a problem.
Welp, best of luck. Like I said, if anyone is interested in my pump just make me an offer, you can email me at magnus@laker.net or PM me. Otherwise, it's just going to collect dust.
