Default SC with H/C car?

Can I add a small boost supercharger to my heads/cam car?
What problems will I have?
A 12 bolt rear-end is on the way, so that shouldn't be a problem.

yea, i want to know too, i asked this awhile back and one person replyed that yes they complement each other but i would like a few more oponions.

i have the super charger and am puting a 6.0 in place of the 5.3, if i wait a couple of months i could get the heads and cam done before i do the swap and am wondering if it would be worth it.

6.0 engine 300hp
heads and cam about 100hp
super charger about 100-150hp
headers,exhaust,tuning 50hp
----------
put all together ??????hp

what problems might there be? can a whipple pump 6-10lbs into this engine?

I think that if you could find 1 of the sponsors to build a high flowing head that doesn't increase your compression. Then run thicker head gaskets if there is such a thing that would allow to lower the compression. A matching FI cam. For example a 9 pound boost Vortech SC. I think that you'd be making some real nice HP. T.Bryne ran 557 at the rear with his (I think):CNC ported heads and Vortech
