Vortech smog questions?

Vortech makes a couple of nice LS1 systems.The only issue for me is that none of them are emissions legal here in Ca.Unless I am
wrong I am affraid that I wont pass smog once it's on the car.Help on this one please. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Here's a tip:

Find a county in California that has UNDER 100,000 people living in it. (The smog laws in those counties don't exist). If you have any relatives living in those counties, register your car at their address. Therefore, you will NEVER have to smog test your car again.
