Default Procharger Surge Problem HELP!!!

I have an ATI Procharger (P600B w/intercooler) on my 95 TA and I am getting surge problems periodically.

The problem is like getting too much fuel or not enough or something like that. When it starts to happen the car is almost undriveable. Eventually it seems to taper off, but once it starts, you can deffinately tell something is wrong.

It happens at all times, at a dead stop, going 70 mph down the road, in the heat in the cold, sometimes it happens right away, sometimes not at ALL!!

I moved my MAF and filter farther away from the surge vavle like ATI said, it seemed to work, but the problem has come back.

I am at a loss here guys, I hope someone can help!

Thanks
Chance~
