keep the power around 450ish rwhp or less, dont detonate, and I would say a strong stock motor would last quite a while. if your motor is hurt in anyway, you will find out real quick with a blower, just keep that in mind.

They offer a 3-Year warranty on the P-1SC. (For what info that is worth.)
Not until there are mass amounts of failures going on will we be able to determine the real life of these things, I'm afraid.
I don't know if ATI has done an equivalent life test of the P-1SC and D-1SC.
Does anyone know what a rebuuld would cost?

We could base it on past Procharger/Vortech lifespans. Many in the field say 25-50k miles.
Rebuilds.. I'd guess $750 on average? I think new replacement is $2k.

What trouble? I doubt any of our engines will put up with 100k the way I drive without a rebuild. Most of our engines would at least need a rebuild.
50k outta an ATI then a rebuild should be no biggie. Just something to keep in mind.
What is a Turbo's lifespan between rebuilds?
Anyone here ever run a Supercharger longer than 2 years or 40k miles?

More boost or a smaller pulley should wear out a SC faster. So it depends how you use it. Like any mechanical component you should expect maintenance.
Bigger (lower boost) pulleys could last the full 3 Yrs (avg 36k) that ATI warranties them. Maybe their warranty is a good rule of thumb. 5-7 psi, 4.10 or 3.60 pulley good for 36-40k ?
Either way, just be prepared. Catch it soon and get it fixed before it goes catastrophic. Might be smart to inspect every 50k as matter of course, ship back to ATI.

I have a friend with a mustang svo, he runs 18 lbs of boost, and has over 100,000 mi on it, the engine and turbo are still running good.
