Water/Alky Dyno Results
419rwhp/419rwtq previous was 396rwhp/396rwtq
Good thing is, is I know there is more in it. The lengths of silcone hose to couple the discharge tubes Powerdyne provided are not long enough for me to be able to get a good seal. They just barely fit, which was proven by the big puddle of water below the car after each run. My brother and friend watched it stream out during each run
So I know if I can pump that much water out I am pushing a bunch of air out to the world instead of into my engine. So I will get some new lengths of hose and seal that bad boy up good.
I think this also explains why I only see 4.5#of boost with the 6psi pulley. Hopefully sealing things up gets me that other .5-1 psi I expected.
I also know it needs to be leaned out, as I left A/F the same as it was prior to the water/alky. With the alky flowing it should be really rich right now.
So I figure, I fix all my above excuses and I should see 430/430
Not bad for a little blower, Mac's w/cats, stock 2.75 inch exhaust with some supertrapps on the end, upgraded fuel system, and my own tuning.
I will be moving to a 3" exhaust with an Ultraflow soon, so that should help, then another month or two and I will install my heads/cam/ls6 intake and see if I can hit my new magic number..... 500 on 91 Octane

Throw an offroad Ypipe and a dynomax Ultraflo and I bet you will hit over 440RWHP NO problem
Cheers,

23hp and a safer running engine...You can't beat that.
I guess Steve knows what he's talking about.

PS - why don't you throw the XB-1A on with your heads and cam swap.
