I will be installing my Votech SuperCharger with after cooler this weekend and on vortechs web site it said that it will take 24 hours.How long did it take you guys to install it?? and do you have any tips for me??Thanks .

Your best bet is to take it to a shop and get it installed. I don't recommend doing it yourself.

Me and a buddy already Installed it.It really was'nt that bad. It only took us about 16 hours.The only bad problems was finding out what to do about the missing parts because I got the kit used.

It will take about 15-18 hrs if you have the right tools

Took a little longer than 24 me and a bud of mine, my tools are always scattered and i can never find what i need (lol, sure u all know the feeling) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" /> so we had to get the car to his house after having it somewhat torn apart. It took me about a week. And I am a mechanic with a shop. It is not an easy installation. I did not stay on it full time though. Two bits of advice are to install the ATI crank dowel kit (your pulley will definitely spin and damage the crank without it)+ pay close attention to the detonation. With the blower jamming the air in there at wide open throttle you will have a melted piston before you know it. If it pings rectify it immediately. The directions have mistakes also 1- the wiring for the fuel pump 2-the mounting of the aftercooler water reservoir 3-the routing of the fuel hoses. I should have my baby running again this week after it was down for two months after meltdown. Forged lunati 382,6.0 ported heads,cam, head studs, LS6 block.
